NEW PROGRAMME: Personal Branding for Young Lawyers

How this impacts on career success and the reputation of your firm

Deborah Ogden Personal Branding for Young Lawyers

Each year your trainees and paralegals arrive at the firm with a CV full of qualifications and experience and aspirations for a rewarding career in the legal profession.

What many don’t realise is that to stand out and make an impact they need to develop their own personal brand, build a strong profile and have a strategic approach to their career.

And of course, consistent ‘showing up’ is crucial for the firm. Whether dealing with clients, peers, Partners, or other stakeholders within the business or when networking, it’s critical for the firm’s reputation that they engage and behave in a way that demonstrates the business values and communicate with credibility and confidence.

This Programme will work through how managing your personal brand helps build confidence, improve impact and boost career opportunities, helping attendees build profile as experts in their field. The workshop is tailored to reflect your company mission and values, and  attendees will leave with practical tools and tips to take them forward in their career.

The Programme

The Programme includes an initial call so we can ensure the workshop is bespoke to your firm; a two hour workshop; and a one hour follow up session, holding attendees accountable to actions and the opportunity to ask questions, all helping to embed learning.

Delivered over Zoom, we will work through how to gain CLARITY of brand message, how to COMMUNICATE this with Impact, and how to CAPITALISE on this, building profile and reputation with their internal and external audience.

During the follow up one hour webinar (approximately four weeks later), attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and be held accountable for the actions they have taken since the initial training.
