Deborah Ogden, is delighted to have been invited to share her insights and experience of the power of impact at CIMA’s Women’s Conference in Birmingham on 10th March.  The theme of the event will be Women in Business: Impact and Authenticity

Also sharing the stage will be Gillian Karran-Cumberlege, co-founder of Fidelio Partners a Board Development and Executive Search consultancy, and Myriam Madden, President of CIMA.  The speakers will talk about their own personal experiences and share the values which have helped develop their own careers.

Deborah said: ‘The harsh reality of business today is that being technically excellent is not enough.  Impact and presence fill the gap between hard work and success. To some lucky few these attributes come naturally. For the majority, with specific tools and techniques, and a dose of self-awareness and discipline, these crucial skills can be learned.’

The event will take place from 6pm on the 10th March at the Westley Hotel, Westley Road, Acocks Green, Birmingham B27 7UJ.
